Occasionally, in the AnyDesk app you will see a forbidden symbol in the cursor during transmission in the AnyDesk app. When the forbidden symbol is present, one will not even be able to control the remote desk. You can see the forbidden symbol on the cursor, because of one of the following reasons. I'm having the following issue only when using anydesk in fullscreen: the alt+tab command skips every other open application. For example, I have chrome, notepad and excel open, and they appear in this sequence in the alt+tab window. AnyDesk provides the option to run as administrator (elevated), which enables the user to control applications that are limited to administrators. AnyDesk automatically runs as administrator when installed. A session to such remote client cannot request elevation since it's already granted and displays this option as disabled in the actions menu.

** user = the initiator of a session

Currently, we only offer subscriptions on an annual basis and we only offer annual billings.

How To Login To Anydesk

No, your subscription will be automatically renewed if you do not cancel it beforehand.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and PayPal. Bank transfers are only accepted for DACH.

If you want to start remote access, you need a valid license assigned to the respective account , e.g. via your own AnyDesk address or alias. By user, the initiator of a session is meant.

With each paid license, devices can be registered according to the size of the license. A user can, for example, log in and start sessions on up to 3 devices in parallel.

You can rename your AnyDesk address (e.g. 123 456 789) to an available alias in the @AD domain (example. My.Name@AD). The namespace option allows you to specify an individual namespace available only to you, e.g. My.Name@CompanyName.

Unattended Access allows you to access a remote device without anyone having to be active or accept a session request on that. Instead you need to enter a password and are then connected to the remote device. You can read more about this in our help center:

Licensing is done by the initiator of a session, i.e. the host.
